Shoring Products

• Trench Boxes - spindle type struts for rapid site assembly. Supplied in ‘mini’ and ‘standard’ sizes, with a lightweight option on the mini boxes for smaller excavators.
• Manhole Boxes - Fixed or spindle type struts. Supplied in 2.5m, 3.0m and 4.0m sizes.
• Trench Sheets - lap and interlocking. Supplied from 2.5m to 5.0m in half metre increments.
• Trench Struts - Sizes 0 to 3.
• Sheeting Accessories - Driving Caps, Extractor Clamps, Quick Release Shackles.
• Manhole Shutters - Steel panel shutters, available in 900mm and 1800mm heights of pour for manholes from 1050 to 2700mm diameter.

Skips

• Geared Coneflow - A general purpose skip for fast and accurate placing due to the cone shape. Lays flat for filling and returns to the vertical when lifted.
• Geared Rollover - Heavy duty unit for formwork and slab pours. The shape together with the geared control make it very easy to operate. Lays down for filling and returns automatically to the vertical when lifted.
• Twinflow - General purpose skip with bottom discharge for mass concrete pours, and a side chute for more accurate pouring into shutters.
• Column - Heavy duty units fitted with spring return rope-operated discharge gate. Fitted with a 3 metre flexible tube, and designed to lay flat for easy filling before returning to the vertical when lifted.
• Self Discharge Boat Skips - Waste removal skips with a low loading height, drop down bale arm, and latch for automatic emptying by the crane operator.

Accessories

• 2 Man Access Platforms - 250 kg. capacity for two men and their tools. Can be used with a crane or fork lift. Side entry door complies with labour safety regulations.
• Self Leveling Crane Forks - 2000 kg. capacity forks for crane lifting of brick packs and pallets. Adjustable fork width, and frame for safety net attachment.
• Block Grabs - 2000 kg. capacity scissor type grab for single operator use.
• Fork Mounted Hooks - Allows fork lift trucks to be used with the block grab. Rapid attachment.
• Plastic Mortar Tubs - Sale Only - Robust fully certified units in solid plastic with steel top frame.
• Roadforms - Rigid, Square Edge and Flexible types available.
